The Association for Business Owners and Professionals of Marbella, CIT Marbella, celebrates its Ordinary and Extraordinary Yearly General Assembly next 15th of February 2008, first session at 16.00 hrs. and the second session at 17.00 hrs. on the same day, according to the association’s articles, at the Marbella Conference and Exhibition Centre, and with the following Agenda:
1. Passing of the Minutes from the Assembly held on 29th March 2007, if appropriate. 2. Study and Passing of the Counts from financial year 2007, if appropriate. 3. Examination of the 2007 Activity Report and the Board of Director’s Management and Administration from last year. 4. Study and Passing, if appropriate, of the estimates for the year 2008. 5. Study and Passing, if appropriate, of the Action Plan for the year 2008. 6. Presentation of Candidatures. 7. Election Process. 8. Any other Business. |
