The Casares Municipal Dance School tomorrow will held the International Day of Dance

MALAGA(Casares) - The Municipal Dance School Casares and The Secadero will held tomorrow, April 29th, the International Dance Day, which has published a booklet which explains the physical and psychological benefits that brings dance those who practice it. In addition, tomorrow the drawing competition prizes will be given to winners, which will be 6 free courses, three in Casares and three others in El secadero,in the modality that the winners practice, Flamenco, Spanish dance and ballet. The price of the Municipal Dance School during a course is 320 euros if the 3 modalities are practiced, explains the councillor of Culture, Sonia Saborido. The dance classes are one of the most participatory activities of the municipality,it has nearly two hundred students in both towns, students are mostly women, there are only 3 men in El Secadero and 5 in Casares. The Municipal School of Dance is managed by the Department of Culture of the council of Casares, and headed by Professor Juana Mª Gil.It began to operate more than 20 years ago, first with flamenco dance classes but after the Spanish Dance aswell. Four years ago flamenco dance classes were introduced with live guitar accompaniment, for which the City of Casares hired the guitarist Paco Javier Jimeno. And this course also offers ballet classes.
